Fit More Into Your Lifestyle Program
My program is different because I treat you as a human being, not just a data point, or a number. If you are my client, you are my top priority. I want to know the ins and outs of your life so we can truly create routine change, new lifestyle habits and lasting results for you. I powerlifters and strength athletes, like you, build muscle, PR the total, and fuel training — without crash dieting, burnout, or obsessive tracking. This is not a program that is going to leave you spinning your wheels after a few months are up. I want teach you all you need to know about nutrition, powerlifting and sustainable habits so that you can make lasting changes.
If you feel restricted by your diet Monday through Friday and no control once the weekend rolls around, then my coaching program is for you. Together, we ditch restriction to create balance so you can lose body fat, gain muscle, and help your body feel safe again. This involves taking a deep dive into your habits, routine, and sustainability of your current diet & fitness routine. Through nutrition and fitness education, we find a lifestyle that fits more abundance into your life perfectly.
My goal for you is to finally achieve food freedom, balance when you go out with your friends to eat on the weekend, feel like a bad ass in the on the platform, and have undeniable confidence walking out onto the beach during your next vacation.

-Customized nutrition programming with a macronutrient based or intuitive eating approach.
-Individualized 6 week training blocks/program & cardio protocols customized to your lifestyle or powerlifting goals. You’ll be able to track your workouts in our very own app and see how each movement is performed. You can celebrate with your goals, milestones, and accomplishments with me as you get stronger because the app will let you know!
-Daily training video review to prevent injury and critique your form on movements you may struggling with.
-Access to our group chat for community, support, & education.
-Weekly check Ins via video call or voice message to take a comprehensive look at your progress.

FAQ?
How long is the commitment for 1-1 coaching? 3 months is the minimum commitment to ensure you see sufficient progress both physically and mentally. Most clients stay 6 months to 1 year to see the BEST progress possible.
How long is your typical response time? I take great pride in my fast but in depth responses. A 24 hour response time Monday to Friday. However, 99% of the time you will receive a response same day if it’s within business hours.
How much does 1-1 coaching cost? 1-1 coaching entails many different packages, so the cost will vary dependent on length of commitment and type of package. All coaching packages are discussed on consultation calls after submitting a 1-1 coaching application.
Is meet day handling included in my package? Local Meet Day Handling is an additional cost of $75 for the day if local to Connecticut. If based in surrounding states or requires flight travel, please inquire with me separately.
Do you have discounts available? A 10% discount is now available to military on all packages.
Do you take insurance? I do! Please inquire with me to find out if you are covered. I accept most major insurance plans in 20 states! Fuel your nutrition for $0 with certain insurance plans.
Do I have to track macros to coach with you? Nope, I love tracking macros but I have many other methods including meal plans and intuitive eating
How long is your wait list? Currently, I am accepting new clients with no wait list!
